Most likely the ones who helped him along the way. They do not want their methods shared, and in turn, he is not able to share his. At least, that is my take on how it works. Basically, some people do not want there names out there, affiliated with their methods.

He isn't being forced, according to @DEFAULTDNB 's quote, he entered an NDA, which means he can't talk about it, or release or anything else, in the big world people get sued for breaking NDA's.
