If you can't connect to psn after it's down just enter !!
i had that problem i have just simply go to xmb and go to network setting and configurate again it will work 100% without any error !

Come on Greg, we all know that when EU PSN goes down, all the American users reply saying "PSN is fine for me" blah blah blah!!
I've got a second PS3 now, that is on PSN, and u know what, I've not actually used it online for a while, so I can't comment.

I hate to see anyone lose the ability to play online, but since the rebug exploit did not work for my system I would be lying if I said I really cared that much if they fix it.
