If Sony actually listened to their consumers, Nintendo won't even be close to a competitor to Sony. But of course, Sony wants everything their own way, thats why they fail. Lets just see what PlayStation 4 will give us, if it is a over-priced peice of crap, then Sony can say good-bye to profit.

Indeed. They had it coming though. Nintendo hired Sony to help produce what was supposed to be Nintendo's first ROM system. Instead, Sony fled camp with the gaming industry know-how they learned while with Nintendo and released it as the PS1 instead. Nintendo was forced to release the SNES as their next gen console. Since then Sony has been ripping off one idea after another from other consoles. It's been a long time coming.

I'm pretty sure it was the other way around and Nintendo bailed on Sony after the R&D was put in from Sony.

Agree to disagree. The evidence is there. Nintendo was in the market first. Sony last. The only legit thing Sony did was the Walk-Man. Their blank tapes and discs only allowed copyright infringement but they didn't care when they were banking off of that. They only care when the tables are turned on them. Analog was ripped off from N64, PSN was ripped off of Xbox Live, The PS1 also reeked of 3DO, Move was a knock off of the Wii-Mote. LG won a temporary injunction against them for bluray, and even uncharted is awfully similar to Tomb Raider. These are the same practices Sony condemns users for. They take what they want but will sue you for trying to reverse engineer their system. C'mon man...it's $ony at their finest. All that coupled with the way they treat their customers gives them a long way to go to make up for it.

I also cannot wait to get the Wii U! I will be reserving the system as soon as they let me! I just hope it gets hacked quickly! If the hacking gets even close to what the Wii is now it may be my #1 system!
