Well, Move was in development before the Wiimotes. At least that is what I have read/heard. Blu-Ray was co-developed by quite a few companies, one of which was Sony.

look at the 3ds. its been hacked like the psvita. only in BC mode. 3ds mode still secure.

the wiiu will likely be the same but if i buy a console i am content if it never gets hacked (although its a bonus if it is)

In development before but released four years after? I find that very hard to believe. Nintendo is listed as beginning development in 2001 while Sony is listed as only doing research in 2001 and development in 2008. I highly doubt Sony's 2001 research claims. It's quite obvious what happened. At least Microsoft made and attempt to be an original with the Kinect and make it hands free.

They know that their Playstation brand is hurt with no turning back and the unfortunate for them (bad timming/ bad karma) coinciding release of Wii U means for them that their unpleased costumers will jump off the bandwagon named Playstation in favor to Wii U and they know that once they do it, they'll never consider a Playstation product ever again because they will be pleased with what they have and they will not have to deal with a company that delivers (or better derives) nothing else but drama which is something they missed over 7 years now.

If people like him are unable or better, not even make the effort to defend their statements then Playstation brand is already at it's rise, get ready for it.

I'm sure each next gen system will do just fine on its own regardless of rival companies. Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft are too well established and respected by most gamers, so they'll buy up all their stuff and make them millions either way. I mean really, "potential risk"? You know they'll be making money up the a** no matter what, especially since there's enough dedicated fanboys for each company to make them the money and keep them going.

If $ony thinks that WiiU is a threat for the PlayStation then they probably are going to sue Nintendo for "stealing $ony's idea" from PSP.

There is no interest in me about the wiiU. I have a wii and it has not be turned since I don't know when. Never really been into Nintendo products. So I think I will have to pass on this.
