Just like BobbyBangin said, burn with ImgBurn or Alcohol 120% at 4x speed and will work fine.

I don't know what the implications of Zadow's findings are or whether anything will eventuate from them..... but for God's sake, at least he is trying! Don't rubbish him. And if you are in the know, please just guide / provide constructive criticism to him. We should all be trying to move the scene forward together.
