they are "real" devs but i do not necessarily trust their word on certain things

There isnt looking like a free solution to playing new games coming anytime soon if ever and the most dissapointing thing is the emulator scene seems all but dead.

It would be good to know that people especially trusted devs were still looking to add to what we currently have.

Out of my head: Kakaroto (maybe), naehrwert, Oct0xor (couldn't he be added on to the list?), Sandugas, Zadow28 (though I wouldn't consider him a dev) and I think that's it, but there could be others.

much more active than those you mentioned, they just don't go about posting everywhere, or have a twitter account @rafa11 but what does that count if they won't release publicly, well it does count a bit, they always help (or most of the time) and that for me is enough :D

Yeah, like I said there could be others and it seems there are.
Although other devs lurk in the dark and don't publicly release their findings,
it doesn't mean their work doesn't count or that they don't exist.
Some even might have already cracked 4.11 firmware and are on their own 4.11 CFW.
In the end, it's really up to them to share or not to share.
We can only hope that they do
