Percent of FF's must be bwtween 10.42% - 10.48% , yours is 10.45% OK

METLDR on 00000840 line is 85 0E so your console is either CECHL or CECH 200x , OK
BOOTLDR on 00FC0000 line is 00 00 13 2F , OK

Extraction with Flowrebuilder goes well . After extraction we check ROS0 , ROS1 and Bootloader_0 . ROS0 is 4.11 , ROS1 is 4.11 and bootloader_0 lenght is 2F170 ( correct )

Judging from these factors is consider dump is good . Solder SBE to Tristate , patch your dump , flash it then continue with downgrade dongle ( if you only flash your patched backup this will not restore it to..like it used to be ) You need to follow the downgrade procedure , after you flash your patched backup use the downgrade dongle to put it in FSM . If HDD flickers and your USB's have power after you flash your patched backup your are 99% saved from brick .

I got problem whit the qa thing step 7, i cant get the menu :/ tried everything,but i cant see the debug setting, do i miss something or im still dumb....




QA flag
1. Quick format your USB flash drive to fat32.
2. Place the toggle_qa.pkg file onto the root of your flash drive.
3. Put in your PS3.
4. Navigate to install packages and install the package.
5. Go to Toggle QA app on the XMB and click X.
6. You will here a beep and see a blackscreen, then it will return to the XMB. If it doesn't reboot and try again.
Steps 7. + 8. are not necessary. I do step 7. just to make sure the QA flag worked.
7. Then navigate to Network settings and press L1,L2,L3,R1,R2, and down on the d-pad.
Now more options will appear in your menu.
8. Navigate to Debug System Settings and enable it. (I did it without enabling this setting, but since e3 site says to do it in their guide, it doesnt' hurt.)

Are you holding all the buttons down at once, while you have network settings highlighted?
After running the toggle qa app, does your ps3 beep and reboot?

Yes it reboots,i have tried both get in the networkmwenu and highlight"before the brick i had" but it didnt work, i will try again when i get home from work.

Hey guys just thought I would write and say that I have successfully managed to get True Blue v2.7 CFW 3.55v2 and OFW 4.11 dual booting on the E3 Flasher. Don't ask me how at the present moment because I spent 6hrs through trial and error. I used the OFW 3.41 downgrade pkg off E3 to downgrade both CFW and OFW. I did learn that you have to get your OFW to 4.11 through the XMB update. I had all the switches except #4 down when I performed the update from OFW 3.41 to 4.11. I then booted into CFW TB 3.55v2 and reinstalled it through the XMB as well. I also did not press start on the E3 flaser after reupdating the FW's through XMB. After that I installed the latest dongle updater v2.7. Ran the updater and VIOLA!!! I kept loosing the dual boot and would have to reupdate or install one or the other firmwares. Again as I did so many different things trying to get it to work I am really not sure how I did it at this time. I will try to come up with a guide for those interested. I also learned that when you press start on the E3 to flash you will loose the TB support if installing any other firmware that is not TB 3.55v2. I think the solution lies in the placement of the switches on the E3 Flasher. Good luck to all and I hope someone finds this info useful.

I got it working now think i had to have e3flasher installed, then it worked for some reason:/

I have a question regarding your tutorial, which I think is great. In part 3, do you mean that if I do the steps of using the toggle_qa.... will I be able to install any OFW or CFW, no matter if it has lv1 check or not??? or do the OFW or CFW need to be "no check" also???

You can install any OFW=Official Firmware. Or any CFW=Custom Firmware.

After doing the QA flag and install a non modified OFW from Sony, the lv1 syscon checks have been dehashed. So it is like you were never on a higher firmware.
Then install whatever CFW you like. Then toggle Qa off.
Just remember don't install a lower firmware than what your ps3 came with new.
Then enjoy your jailbroken ps3.
