These themes look awesome!

Only the mmOS background file DESKBG.JPG is missing, to support the latest versions 4.03+

This can be easily fixed, just copying one of the background files (AVCHD.JPG, TMBBG.JPG, XBDBG.JPG, etc) as DESKBG.JPG and repacking the THM file

Great work! I love these ICON1.PAM :D

Yes I know, "DESKBG.JPG" is present only in the "Pirates TMC Edition" which is the latest.
Do not bother with that in older, because it does not having this image in the theme, multiMAN places that are in the "Original Theme", not the last theme applied.

I have no "ICON1.PAM" in my themes :D
