It shows three releases in the past seven days, there have been more, take a look at the work being done with RetroArch, if the PS3 Scene was dead, NONE of this would be happening.

the ps3 scene is just a little retarded and is run by other more retarded lords that like to hold it back for a sucky sucky 10 dollar (they no love u long time though) so be thankful for anything as it shows that at least "some" devs are in it for the right reasons but honestly its not dead. its just not like other scenes |

Well, still no-one has exactly explained what this does... And THAT's what the problem is with the post.. I have no idea what is does, the description is really bad at explaining, as it doesn't explain anything..

You place the Windows based program into a folder. Run it and it will create a text file with the list of the current files in the current folder and sub-folders.
