wasabi or xk3y !?

Hi, I just got to hold of a xbox360 slim from july 2010... First I wanted to flash...then I discovered the xk3y and then I discovered the wasabi...
wich on should I get ?

wich one is safest online ( I really want to play my backups online) ?? wich one emulates the dvd drive best (reading speed etc...)?? wich one has the best UI and simlpisity and stuff like that ?
and I´ve heard that the wasabi has flag protection..is this true ?
thanks in advance :D

I would go with neither and just flash the drive. Flag protection is BS, and LT 3.0 was deemed safe for the latest dash. LT 3.0 came out in December and I have had no problems with it on my jasper or trinity.

I have both of them and both are easy to install and use.
For both it's not recommended to go on Live but I have and so far I haven't been banned, now that doesn't mean it's safe.

About the UI, They both have an iso menu, you can navigate the xbox dashboard to look at your games it looks the same for both of them.

They also have other menus called DVD menu, Wasabi360 looks like this

xKey looks like this

There are more themes for xkey. The xkey also comes with a little LCD screen with this you can navigate your games. You can also buy a wifi dongle with that you can connect any tablet or touch screen device and navigate your games.

For the Wasabi360, If you have a Xbox Slim Liteon 16D4S drive the Wasabi360 can automatically extract the drive key for you, nice feature If you don't have the tools to get the drive key. Xkey doesn't have this feature so you'll need a way to get your drive key.

OK so which do I like better, that's a tough choice, they both do what is advertised, I think it comes down to which one has better support and that's xKey, xKey have forums where users help one another and users are always posting themes and programs for xKey.

You will like either one of them there both very easy to install but, for support xkey is better.

Any other question you may have just ask..

Nothing can protect you from a flag except yourself. With a flashed drive we get the all clear on dash updates from the firmware developers, you use ABGX to verify all of your isos, and it has been tried and tested on several boxes I have done. I remember when xk3y first came out there were people getting banned within a week (although that doesn't appear to be the case now) so just think how long it would take MS to be able to detect them again?

I think they mean AP 2.5 topology support instead of flag prevention. Since we no longer have to worry about AP 2.5 (LT 3.0 and topology data) that they threw flag protection on there as a selling point, a selling point that isn't really provided by them. If you use an older AP 2.5 patched ISO (LT 2.0 style rips and before) you will still probably get flagged for an AP 2.5 violation. Be smart, patch your ISOs correctly using ABGX, and you yourself will prevent flags.

I just see ODDEs as easily detectable by MS as opposed to a drive firmware that is checked against what the 360 is actually looking for. As stated above, we who flash drives get the all clear each dash update (usually).

Me using a flashed drive is just a preference of mine, and I hope with whatever solution you do go with, you are happy with

If you get xkey or Wassbi360 you definitely still need to use ABGX, I've had them for 3 months now and haven't been flagged. I've read from people on xkey website there are people using 8+ months and they haven't been flagged.

Nothing is 100% certain for being live proof not even flashing your drive, you just have to take every precaution that you can and run every iso through ABGX.
