Hello today i wanted to unistal rebug spoofer to 4.11 but when i installed the pkg agaiin when i run the pkg i return to the xmb
when i go to system settings i see that's its still spoofed to 4.11
i'm on 3.55 kmeaw

INSTALL:
Press L1+CROSS to INSTALL 4.11 Version Spoof files to your PS3

ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE:
Press L1+CROSS to ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE (System will reboot)

UNINSTALL:
Press L1+CIRCLE to UNINSTALL (this will deactivate the spoofer, remove the spoof files from dev_flash and reboot if needed)

I CAN't even run the pkg ! it goes baack to xmb !

try installing 3.55 ofw from recovery mode then reinstalling kmeaw from xmb.

Sorry for this noob question, so please bear with me. I got the latest spoofer (4.11) to get the PS3's bluray player to play new discs. So I was wondering, if I get original games, would I be able to play them without updating the firmware? Thanks.

spoofer dont let u play higher games , it just stops the ps3 from updating to a higher fw

in short no. the spoof is just to stop you accidentally updating.
