You will need a ps3 on 3.41 or 3.55.
Create a new or use an existing save for test drive on your ps3, transfer it to usb drive (do not delete the save from your ps3) on your pc copy every file except for param.sfo from the 100% save into the save from your ps3 and use a file manager to over write the save on your ps3, it can be found at dev_hdd0/home/0000000X/savedata ("X" is the number of your xmb user account) |

I need help doing the same thing on gow 3 and tekken 6! I made a new user and I want to transfer my previous save (tekken 6) to the new user. Gow 3 save file contains another 2 folders:
BCES00510-xxxxxxxxxxxx (save file) BCES00510-AUTOSAVE BCES00510-USERDATA Do I have to do the same thing as above? (locate these folders on ps3, copy them to usb and replace everything but param.sof with the downloaded ones?) I also want to keep my already done campaign! Do I need to make a new campaign save and then do the same steps? Is it different to remove it from save data utility on the xmb than removing with file manager? |

@Demyxxx
The process is the same, and for gow3 be sure to mod/transfer all 3 folders You can use the xmb to copy the saves to a usb device but you cannot use the xmb to copy the modded saves back to the ps3. If you want you can do all the file swapping right on the ps3 with a filemanager, you do not need to use a usb device. Last edited by butnut; 06-29-2012 at 01:49 PM. |

You can use xploder ps3 no matter what firmware you have. But it cost money and I haven't seen any working cracks.

That is true but if he ever wants to use a different cfw or perhaps one day update to ofw then he wont be able to use the saves without doing what I posted. |

You will need a ps3 on 3.41 or 3.55. 1. Create a new or use an existing save for test drive on your ps3. 2. Transfer the save to a usb drive (do not delete the save from your ps3) 3. On your pc copy every file except for param.sfo from the 100% save into the save from your ps3 4. Use a ps3 file manager(multiman, comgeine's, etc) to over write the save on your ps3, it can be found at dev_hdd0/home/0000000X/savedata ("X" is the number of your xmb user account) Good luck! |
