The "compromissed again" i said was wrong and i m sorry for this and people who has contributed (including me at really simple level ) it was better to just said "disturbing". And we can be proud of having so much documentations.

Hellsing, can you comment your article about what do you think (without necessary adding sensitives infos) if there are two or more teams behind dongles project, which movements can be expected or parallel with "dongle less scene ...or keep for next time

I really hope for a dongleless *team* of honest people willing to share.
But thinking that way is no good.
All DRM dongles manufactured in ONE specific country, giving them proper schematics it's easy as hell but hard to call it a *secure business pathway*.
Hence the production/manufacture/etc it's *cheap* not like dongles of the first gen and with the massive clones of other clones. (more problems)
It's hard to do some economical balance to get the best (money) of it until it drains out.
This happened probably to TB, and that reason among of many others including the changes on the security patterns etc, bring them (Blue team) to make a different approach in order to prevent the angry mob.

The other problem is that having the device on the market, it's not enough. You are in some way *secure* on the demand of the dongle...but what about the eboots?.
JBking gone rogue in this case, almost left for dead and so many others.
If you don't have a BIG list or BIG provider of the eboots the lifespan of the DRM device shortens and credibility reduces as well.

Some sources says that 3 teams are involved in this *new project* if we follow the dates (like so many times i mentioned that) it's easy to predict the next move.
What i think?..they are all the same *heads* all the friggin time.
E3 comes to *join the party* when 2 weeks later TB announces no more production for the time being.
So someone is giving room enough to make E3 on july according to gravox and other sources to kick in on the scene.

What P3GO has to do with all this?...well that dongle today is obsolete. But has a big potential since you can run your OWN *things* in linux terms.
So if we go back in time, this one can be the SOURCE of all of them.

I hope getting more news about E3, but they have (so it seems) direct line with garyopa (well he said that, not me). Including the exclusive video that was on the site showing proof of tom clancy game running on that *device*.
The outcome of this (hope i am wrong) it's another useless device with more features and a wolf with the skin of a sheep.
To lure more potential buyers searching more low cost solutions with shorter lifespan and a mediocre product.

You're going to take a lot of crap on a public forum where the demographic are teenagers and what has kept me going through the BBS->Internet years is take it as humour. At least you're doing something for the scene no matter if people agree with it or not. Heck, it's not like you're drawing pictures of vibrators and spamming forums with pointless waste of time pictures - you're doing something!

That's what i said corrupted *devs* and not corrupted devs.
It's Chinese *work* as the backdoor on ACTEL chips showed on a recent research of US military.

I know, I cracked up when I heard about that!

But then wouldnt you if you were in China's position? The USA doesnt like China, they only trade with them as wages there are so much more lower than paying workers in the west. So that drives down production costs, which increasing profits.
We all know that with they way things are going a confrontation between the USA and China is highly likely, so why shouldnt China tell it;s electronics firms to make backdoors into these chips so that when it happens they can disable the USA's weaponry.


If all the ipad components were made in the USA, you can bet that instead of being around $500, you'd be lucky it was around $1000, or even $1500. So it's a double-edged sword this global economy now, if the west stops trade with China, prices will skyrocket.
