my friend is selling his PS3 cech2001A 120gb which is on 4.20 firmware..
i want to confirm whether i can downgrade to 3.55 using E3 flasher.. |

Tell your friend that it can't be downgraded even though it can (if he doesn't already know) as that will decrease the value and save you some money.
