I have Multiman 2.09.00 installed on my PS3 and it works fine . I wanna update to the new Multiman 4.04 and i read in some threads about some problems with Multiman after updating . So i wanna know what should i do to update ? Do i have to delete Multiman first and then install the FULL version ? Please tell me and thanks!

I have experienced NO issues with multiManager Cobra Manager : 04.00.00 - 04.04.02 to date.

mMcM introduces a lot of decent features, only spoofing FW to 4.20 and loading PSP, PS2, DVD, BR isos require the cobra dongle.

(I have still yet to see proof of the 4.20 spoof through mMcM)

I don't care about the spoofing and PSP and PS2 games . Oh does it work with True Blue or do i need the Cobra dongle ?

TB requires TB cfw I believe. If TB allows homebrew, then mMcM should work.

Since it's called multiManager Cobra manager: I would recommend the cobra over the TB in terms of compatibility.

mMcm works on all cfws. Just cobra features only are locked.

Also can have both versions installed (although it is not really necessary). Just need to repack the BASE pkg with a different Title_ID.

Here is a mini tutorial:

1. Extract the PKG of mmCM or multiMAN (BASE) using PkgView 1.3 by ifcaro
2. Open the extracted PARAM.SFO with any SFO editor (eg. PS3SFOEdit by HELLCAT)
3. Change the Title ID from BLES80608 to other Tilte ID (eg. BLES88688) (optional change title) and save the PARAM.SFO
4. Rename the extracted folder BLES80608 to BLES88688
5. Copy psn_package_npdrm.exe in the same folder where you have BLES88688 (not inside it)
6. Open notepad and paste the text below. Save the file as "makepkg.bat" in the same folder where you copied the psn_package_npdrm.exe

Thank you aldos! I will delete Multiman and install the FULL Multiman 4.03.03 and then install the BASE Multiman 04.04.02 . If it doesn't works i will try making a PKG using your method . Thank you again!

idk, call me paranoid but I dont think we may be able to trust any future versions of mmCM

Based on the last few posts deank made I wouldnt be surprised if he writes suicide code into it so that only those on cobra's cfw can use it, and on anyone else's cfw it'll wipe the HDD, just like TB does.
