I tried to install this and now I have no loading of burned discs. My Wiii has been hacked for three years. Only a clicking noise. I've tried everything to fix this. I've tried DopMii, PimpMyWii, Reinstalling Homebrew, Installing IOS. Still nothing. Any suggestions?

Switch to USB loading

Also use modmii for all your hacking needs http://modmii.zzl.org/

Did this program do that to the laser because it was working fine before I installed it. It's not the laser. It just loaded my original Twilight princess game just fine.

Nothing you installed should have done that to your wii.... except for possibly pimpmywii, that app is/was utter ****e. perhaps you could virginize your wii using modmii and then rehack?

Perhaps your backups are burnt to the wrong format, I think the correct dvd to use is -r or use +r with book type set to -r.

Did your backups used to run fine?

Check a dual layer game (MPT or SSBB) to really test the lasers integrity.

All my backups ran fine previously. Probably the newest one I have is COD MW3. I've been burning good Wii backups for a few years. I'll try to virginize it. I even tried installing system menu 4.1 and updating to 4.3 to start over which I've done before successfully. This time the update didn't remove anything. Been using Pimpmywii for a couple years too. I only use it to update ios and it's always worked good for that. I hadn't used it for a long time prior to this problem. One thing I've notice is that it's loading a different IOS57 than it was before...I think it was either 36 or 236. I can't get homebrew to install from IOS58. I can't get IOS58 installer to work either.

If you are thinking of virgin it and then modding it again , just go through the modding prodded from scratch again . Virginising it can be dangerous and can brick it . Just go through the modding prosses again it will overwrite all the iOS Stubbs you have installed or at least it should .

Okay, I've got it playing burned games again but it will not play any of my dual layered games. Any fixes you know of for this? None of my installers are working because it says unable to obtain Nand access. It will play games off of a flash drive but not off an external. I'm thinking it's all coming down to IOS58 which it says is already installed but not allowing any of it's functions. It says IOS58 is what makes SSBB work and that's a game that's not working.
