Everdrive 64

This is something cool I thought Nintendo 64 enthusiasts might enjoy. It's not exactly new but It's new to me. It's a Nintendo 64 flash cart. You can pretty much fit every 64 backup ROM on there at about 4 gigs(unzipped) for the US region. They're expensive but much cheaper if you buy one through their Chinese site. I'm hoping a JB-King-like knock-off will be made in the future. Anyways, here's a link to the main site and one site that sells them.

And here's a demo video by gamester81. The above main site also has links to demos in Spanish(Español), Dutch(Nederlands), and German(Deutsch).

Been thinking about one of these for quite a while now.

Neomyth is way too expensive, everdrive64 and 64drive look to be cheaper, just as compatible, alternatives.

I just can't warrant getting one if an N64 emulator update appears for the wii or if it eventually comes out for PS3.... I know that the second I order one a free alternative will appear :-/

Edit: you need to sort out the cic chip yourself for this.. The versions with cic chips are out of stock :-(

I just ordered one today from this site:

www.emere.es

It cost me about 100$, but I think it was worth it.
Also on Saturday it is my birthday, so it's like a birthday gift to myself.
Mine already included a PAL CIC and a cartridge.
Even if an emulator for the PS3 came out, I know it wouldn't be the same thing
Also, thanks @BobbyBangin for the information on this product

That's awesome. Thanks for the link. I really want to buy one too. But like @DEFAULTDNB said, I'm afraid if one comes out that they'll release a better emulator for the Wii or PS3. I think I still might get one though because it's been almost a year since we've heard anything from emulatemii.

I read in the gc-forever forums from emukid_id that team emulatemii have not dispersed and are still working on it :-) this whole dynarec thing (demonhades JFW thing) might be pivotal to get 64bit dynarec for n64... Just gotta wait for team hades to make good on their claim to be bringing it all to 3.55....zzz
