Honestly i don't know how they can get away with murder using cheap materials to *imitate* PS3 MOVE system and not getting sued all over the friggin place.
Just changing the color of the product and adding E3 logo seems to fix the problem....

What could happen is that Sony could try to boycott the product and not allow it to be sold on various websites that reside where they do have copyrights on the devices and to have the products seized when trying to enter the boarder for various countries who would comply with such a request. However, I do not see Sony going after a clone of their really ugly looking motion controller while they have a lot more serious things and people to worry about. |

AFAIK They released the cracked patch not the game. The game has been around for ages. just no fix, until now.

This will surely be a noob question, but if they gave out just the update for this game only resigned for 3.55, who's to say we can't take the update for the unmoddified game and their resigned eboot and compare the two and extract the public password or the famous 3.60+ keys?
Again dumb question, just wanted to know what the outcome there might be.
