Do you think from the proof and achievements E3 has earned and shown to us, will they be the ones to release a custom 4.XX firmware? They claim to have keys and are bringing a newer firmware above 3.55.

Me personally I believe they will be the ones to do it and from using their hardware for some time now. I have faith in them and hope all is true. I have been jailbreaking PS3' and Downgrading them now for people in baltimore for some time now. Between the E3 flasher and theyre dongle for service mode all has worked perfect. now they come out with eboots dongles it makes me wonder and sorta believe they can crak 4.20 and come out with a custom firmware. If anyone can do i think they can.

What do you think?

maybe they did but only for the dongle buyers...

so a 4.20 cfw but only useable with their dongle...**** e3 team...

i dont care if they can give us a 4.20 cfw i will buy the dongle and they also stated theyre dongle will be a lot cheaper then trueblue.

Not to mention if they bring us a 4.20cfw how long do you think it will before some cracks theyre dongle and implements it into their custom firmware?

Yes i beilve that they are telling the truth about realeasing something that will work on higher firmware as i can't think of anything good buisness-wise false statment, cause news like this would only make an expected customer to wait and not buy their downgrader etc.Tho if its them that cracked the keys or somebody leaked the keys to them, i would have to go with the second option 99,99 percent.

Tho i hate the whole fact about a new DRM,ed dildo that i will not buy OF'course but many will taste it and make the scene even worse than it is by supporting this type of buisness techniques.Knowledge should be free in my opinion.

Also, how long? well no body cracked that ****ed dongle name true blue so what makes you think that they will crack it fast this new one?Which OF;course i hope it gets cracked i am just saying this because you say that you will buy it.

i agree with you a 100% and I hate dongles but i purchased the e3 flasher and e3 card to make money. i put an add on craigs list to downgrade any ps3 back to 3.55 and put all the software and a few games on the hdd for $75. so far ive done 13 of them and if they come out with a cfw and dongle it will make my job easier. i will offer the new hacked software with dongle for a specific price once i know how much they will charge.

i figure if theyre going to make money off me i mine aswell make money off them because most people arent savoy enough to do it on there own.

now it would be even better though if someone comes along and cracks theyre dongle and creates a cfw that doesnt need the dongle. im sure the keys are going around now but people wont just let them go. we shall see but im pro progress i dont care if cost money or not. just to see 4.20 hacked and running a dongle or not on it will make me happy.

LOOOOL as long as true blue is taking? maybe more? LOL

the only thing good out of it is a 4.20cfw (which for me is a lie to get people to buy the dongle) and even with that we won't know how it works, even if we are able to have a cfw availble without the dongle itself?! its too soon to make predictions...

@Pockets69 so your saying you think e3 is full of it and they dont have a higher then 3.55 custom firmware?

If they ever do bring out a cfw > 3.55 it will probably only work with their dongle inserted so useless to anyone who don't own their dongle
