hey guys i hav a ps3 slim 320gb which is on 4.00 and i need to jailbreak it and i heard no way only to downgrade to 3.55 and install kmeaw!
can u help me to downgrade and install kmeaw?

i still dont understand how can i know if mine is 3000 or what?

PS3 serial number is on the underside of your PS3. if it says 300x you are screwed. what firmware did your PS3 come boxed with?

There is a sticker on the PS3 (and the original box) which has a CECH-xxxx number. That number says what PS3 you have

Your console cannot be downgraded, perhaps you can exchange with a friend for a console below the 3000x series? If not, just update & enjoy PSN.
