I can't find 'Fake Save Data Owner' in the Debug/Rebug menu...could it be possible my version has the same thing renamed as 'Fake Plus'?

I'd select it to find out, but I don't want to mess things up. Again.

After changing to the recommended settings:

MODE: REBUG
XMB: DEBUG
DEBUG MENU: 2

I checked my System Information and it read 4.11. After this I thought i'd be able to play my Street Fighter iv Arcade Edition, Alice Madness Returns etc. I still keep getting the "error occured" though...is there any fix for this?

my ps3 has no display blue screen i switched the Setting Up REBUG
