I checked the updated list and I cant find "PES2012" .

The site doesn't state if the 3.6+ games require patches other then that it seems like it's the same as the others. I run OFW so I do not know if their compatibility list adds a bunch of new games or not, but one thing is sure is that the Matrix Team knows their DRM and has much experience in that department.

You don't need to hack or even understand how a dongle works to be able to clone it, bit for bit.

These are amateurs in it for a quick buck.

They can be infected, so my advice it's not grab anything.
