never fully played any FF... I was planning on trying FF7 when I got my ps3 back though

I used to love the ff series up till about ff7.......after that I found it too time consuming and too same Ol same Ol.............cant say Im really excited about seeing an online version seeing how my ps3 of choice currently can only play a hand full of online 3.55 games using the spoof and on my ofw Im not paying 60 plus online pass for the likelihood of a mediocre game.

neeeeeeeeeeeeeed this game iam waiting for it too hope they make a new fighting system ff13 and 13-2 is not the best i think....but i also think the good old round based battles are over to sad

Indeed, the fighting system in FF13 & FF13-2 SUCKED... SUCKED.
There was no strategic planning or anything as in the old games... It was complete button mashing... Spam x buttom over, and swap in a new formation every 10th second...
PLUS, the battles was ****ing on average 15 minutes or so when vs. bosses... thats a bit too much, combined with the button mashing... Also, I didnt see the point in their crystallis lvling system... Those "role upgrades" you could take there.. what for? "The role gets better"... give me some ****in details lol >_<

I'd wish it would be just like good old FF9 with its learning system, FF10 with its wellmade spheregrid... Or FF8 where you could change your battlemenu's options, or FF7 with their materia... Damn..


Anyway, its vaporware as of now.. When did they first announce it... in the year 2006... It's just as much vaporware as the rumors that FF7 opening scene that was rendered on the PS3 created about FF7 being remade for PS3.... Atleast they are remaking FF10 for PS3 :D That one had one kick ass story to it as well, so thats ok.
But well, lets see and hope that the FF13:Versus vaporware surroundings change, and they give a release estimate.

square shoulda put ff type 0 on ps3, from what i played so far it's more of what i wanted. it's everything that lacked in the games between 9 and 12. in more ways than not i prefer it to ff13, i haven't touched 13-2 yet

too bad type 0 is in japanese

I for one have been waiting for it even before the freaking trail/teaser/what ever the hell it was came out and am still waiting. It maybe the reason I will be buying a PS3 slim again when the game comes out.

its actually part of FFXIII Project
when i said Versus it doesnt mean its a online 1 on 1 match its just the name they come up with like FF Agito XIII

you cant watch the game play trailer on youtube it was different

FF versus XIII will make it happen and Kingdom Hearts 3 ;D

i know right but sadly its on psp Im waiting for English version of it up to now its use to be name Agito XIII and same have`nt played FFXIII-2 yet

for others who thought when i said Versus it means VS ~ i dont mean fighting online and all. it the name square enix come up with like psp FF Agito XIII or type - 0

i find the gaming on it similar to psp FF crisis core + Kingdom hearts so hopefully it will be the best among the FF13 series and new chracter design are all nice Noctis Lucis Caelum is the main guy Aka Prince and Stella Nox Fleuret.

like other`s im waiting for since its first trailer ;D


a remake of FF7 Cloud`s Era might be made for PS3 not sure
