I would say that Billy is a smart kid and will grow up to be a good businessman. But he shouldn't ask too much for his toys. That's plain ripping off.

PS: I own a TB. I couldn't resist anymore and bought one last month. But I'm VERY happy if someone manages to make it unneeded soon.

because they are part of the drm machine. they release something for free to cover tracks. just look at dickK and his mmMC, he still pretends that he is not part of the cobra team. double standards made by dickheads

agreed, but since you need hardware to Jtag your Xbox360 it's easy for someone to make money out of it. Since PS3 has a completely software based solution it's harder for them to make money out of it, so they made the software dependent on 'useless' hardware. The same companies that make your hardware that allows Xbox Jtagging are the companies that make DRM dongles. They just use different names.

I'm not really a gamer, but I do own a lot of consoles since I love toying with them. But My Xbox360 hasn't been 'toyed' with since the scene went hardware.

Money corrupts corrupted people further as it helps them to do so. Blaming an inanimate object on peoples misgivings is pointless as saying that the reason my 8 year old son is dead after I drowned him in the pool is the fault of the water.

Sure, technically it has been proven that Dongle's aren't required to run a handful of specific games, but show me a Dongle or method to play 3.60+ games on my OFW and I will either implement it or if it fits certain criteria I will purchase it. However, there is not such a solution either hardware or software wise to do this and to play 3.60+ games on CFW you have to buy a Dongle that does this as there is currently not a free solution to do this. Even if the Dongles aren't technically needed they are currently the only other option as this point in time.

I dislike Dongles due to their limited support for games and lack of OFW support so I will not be purchasing one. However, I do not assume to tell developers what to do with the code they have in their possession no matter how they obtained it or created it. They can sell Dongles all day long, but I have a choice to buy or not to buy and I won't buy. Telling the hackers what do to with their knowledge is not the way things work and will get you nowhere and will only make other devs think "wow, what a bunch of ungrateful jerks, screw this scene!".

So what if all these people know you could convert a CEX to DEX and did nothing about it. There's so much room for speculation on who/what/when/where/why that's it's not funny. Instead of throwing assumptive accusations at these people why not trying to focus on the positive which is the method is now public and creating a more simplistic solution for implementing it.
