Was fake. (i think) since Nicolas19 brought some news about a .PUP converter from Cex>Dex and resulted being fake.
Maybe someone upload it..don't know really.
I won't blame the devs or anyone, i think was a mistake. Happens.

My suggestion was pure conjecture in this case.

But I think however it would be naive to think the wiki couldn't be manipulated in some way by people who have a lot to lose.

For first 2 steps of encryption we use aes-256-cbc,
and for decrypting first EID0 Section we use aes-128-cbc.
This OpenSSL-Win32 command works perfect for me:
openssl aes-256-cbc -e -in EID0_Key_Seed.txt -out EID0IV.txt -nosalt -K (my key) -iv (my IV) -p -nopad
From Rikukh3.

Tested and work, the problem is with the CMAC.

The Really sad thing is that no-one would have even had that thought months or so ago

To be honest it always flitted across my mind, but in recent days its proved to be more than just a thought, its a definite possibility.

Sad but true.

I'm also not sure how, as Euss is an awesome asset to the scene, and has always helped out by going above and beyond any request I have ever seen asked of him.

ps3devwiki has more system monitors than pentagon xD
I really doubt so.

But since it's a plataform where anybody can post anything, a demands a higher security measures....i doubt someone did notice about that Dex being uploaded and deleted.
That leads me to think was fake.
Since i deleted a fake converter yesterday.

I didn't say it was uploaded by the devs(check the logs/view history).

But you can always take a SS and compare this info if the 'real' pup gets leaked to the public.

Me neither, all it's on the logs on public view.

To make it more comfortable in the future, finding out how ps3gen mounts the games to the bdemu hdd would be useful to be able to choose from more than 4 games.

Does anybody have a link that explains the bdemu mounting process of the 4 games with ps3gen.exe?

And lordv, you talked about a 3.55dex with peek and poke. This firmware should be able to do everything that 3.55kmeaw can do, right? So, switching between cex and dex is not necessary. Do you know where to get this firmware?
