If you have the account & never wiped your PS3 or your Xreg.sys file is not changed at all . The Xreg.sys has your email + name & everything stored in the Xreg.sys plain as day . You can get some patch updates = possible debug .I would try if i knew/had a account . You can use the Xreg plus from rebug or FTP, etc to get a copy & open in Xreg editor for the PS3..

yes that is the dev net i believe & there patches are debug thats how games were fixed back in the day until sony blocked them servers . If there is access just need to start a game & hope it installs the updates then get the patch from the ps3 hard drive decrypt/sign/encrypt/repack & done .. I have done the debug patches myself before many times especially for Black ops still messing with them ,just about all the patch files ,lol
