Anyone who thinks that the devs do this out of the goodness of their hearts is unfortunately dead wrong! Whether it be for money (the worst), the fame (fine unless egocentric), or for a sense of self worth or well being or because they just like to do it!

But when people want to be held up and praised and claim fame but not be willing to at least show something is just plain sad! But I would see it as worse if they did show it and said "nope! not for you, me only!"

But this ps3 scene is filled with a whole slew of little kiddies that cant afford games, expect everything to be just given to them because that's what their parents have been doing for them! No punishment or follow through with some firm discipline or consequences! Also the people that can only afford one system and hope for it to be hackable.

I mainly reside in the jtag/rgh scene and love to share what I have and want all my closest to have the same. But when you do something nice for people is when you see the greed monster come out and they yell because something doesn't work or they want the newer thing or what not. Thats when it comes down too "if your gonna take away from my family time so you can have something, walk away without so much as a thanks" then "time is money" kicks in!

The ps3 scene is a rough one, but like everything else, there are some diamonds in the rough. As you see I don't post much because silence is golden, and if you don't have something nice to say..... this could be a foot in mouth situation too in which case I could care less! We all have our opinions and many of them are very bias'd!
