Yes, Pro-C is official, and yes Pro is also open source under GPLv3 (the download page I linked is their official releases on their googlecode page.)
Nightly builds are test builds, automatically compiled from the latest changes to the source, and as such, are not considered a stable release.
There are some unofficial releases of Pro, but they aren't hosted on the googlecode page.
Coldbird still works on Pro, and has done much to get ProOnline functional. (GEB online play, oh yeah~)

to downgrade to 6.20 :D

Do you know any good Hombrew I should get, Games, Iso loaders, ect. Its hard to get good links now

You could try lame craft as homebrew for the PSP as well as Kingdom hearts birth by sleep (personal favorite), Jak and daxter, Daxter, God Of War series, Monster Hunter,etc etc. I can go on and on.

No need for ISO loaders on 6.20 Pro cfw. Come with built in loaders. Just put your Isis in the ISO folder on the root of your ms and they will appear under the game category of the xmb.

I put a couple of ISOs in the iso folder but nothing comes up in the XMB.

Nvm I didnt see you said Root of MS... Its working now

If i have a 3004 with 6.30 i need to downgrade to 6.20 first of could u just go to ofw 6.60 and then pro b10?

@INFIN1TY yes you can, update to 6.60 OFW and install CFW however you cannot get permanent CFW because you have a 3000 so just use the Fast Recovery and don't touch the CIPL flasher that is meant only for 1000s and 2000s pre ta88 v3. You can have (L) CFW on your system which is Light and pretty much do the same thing as mot CFWs for the other PSPs
