try sudo sh nameofthefile.sh, if it doens't work try without sudo, both, either sh nameofthefile.sh or ./nameofthefile.sh

This also works for NAND consoles. You just need a flash dump of your con with a bootloader in it. For that you can use memDump v0.1 Final from GameOS.

Patching process of EID on NAND consoles is the same like for NOR machines.

But be carefull flash dump's of Linux and GameOS are a bit diff.
