i don't know for sure but i guess making a CFW out of a 3.55+ CEX firmware has nothing to do with DEX.
It's about keys and exploits..
The other way around I think might be possible... a modified DEX firmware to update on CEX now that we can install and run packages on 4.11, it gets possible to find exploits on it.

you can't.

you need 3.55 cfw first.

a hardware flasher is your only hope for now.

who the HELL told you it doesn't work on NAND? people are lazy asses, they don't want to do the method by hand and be 100% sure.

just do the method yourself by hand, with the second update on this frontpage, and patch it manually with HxD. simple as that. you have the seeds which are static, you just need the key and the cmac algo, which can be found on the second update aswell.

@calo i have no idea about it, but i do know you need hardware to dump lv0 unencrypted. and that hardware costs A LOT.
