Guys i just dumped my flash with memdump but for some reason the ps3 made a beep and all of a sudden i got no video signal, however i cans till hear the sound of the ps3's bootup and hear the clickling in the xmb but no display. I hope i didn't brick it.

7. open "dump" in hex editor
8. copy the bytes 0x00-0x0f
9. use your hex editors search function and paste the bytes(0x00-0x0f)
10. your keys will be at 0x0000C7xx (i had different offset in 2 dumps, so use search)
11. copy your keys into a new file and save as eid_root_key.bin

didn't follow this part myself and just extracted the first 3 lines and saved as eid_root_key.bin - c2d will only work if nand/nor/key are valid

you can't cd in "/tmp/petitboot/mnt/sda1/create_hdd_region.sh" because this isn't a directory - you can cd to "/tmp/petitboot/mnt/sda1/"

sda1 = directory
create_hdd..=file

cd means change directory
