Are you running the game fron DISC ? Run the game from multiman = Backup on CFW not official firmware + set "Permissions" in multiman + make sure you have BDEMU2.pkg installed & EMU payload setting set to Hermes.. The patch should not be the problem .I have made so many for black ops it is ridiculous.

when I install Retail 1.09 patch right over your 1.13 patch and open Black ops multiplayer it just show me this

It might be cause of a few files are there from 113 . All you need to do is find the english & french folder on dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30591 <= that us my game ID . Inside there dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30591/USRDIR <- look for 2 or 1 folder depends on which region you have Spanish/Russia/ etc .I have french + english .

For me i would delete english & french folder then re install 109 & then there will be no files left from 113 . Make sure you dont delete anything related to the DLC files just the patch ! I will look at my game & see & i will get back to you in 15min to see if that happens to me .

I think either your patch is not getting over written or a error on your end . I have just tried & installed 113 from my patch & installed 109 over it & my DLC shows & plays normal ? I don't know why your game is doing this. What is your game ID ? Do what i said about deleting the english folder & the other one if there is another language folder in there . Make sure you dont delete the folder i speak of from your game back up !

Make sure you sure installing the proper patch region code for 109 . I have done this installing over & over patches every day i even go down to 101 to 113 & i never seen this ..

I have that BLES01031 also i will try on mine & see if that happens to that patch give me a few min .. Try to go in multiman & Black ops settings & click on test & permissions so it recognizes the new files in the patch. I will be back to see if my BLES01031 does this ..15min

@alshlian I am going to need a little longer .I forget i only had W@W classic installed for my BLES01031 ,but i have the DLC to install. I have to install for that game ID to make sure it is no issues for me.

Stick around & i will tell you if i had any problems with my BLES01031 game.

@alshlian In the meantime you might want to Back up your save game & delete your game save "NOT YOUR GAME DATA" game save utility .Back it up to a USB device & re install my 113 then install again 109 then start game with new game save . See if it happens again . It will be about 45min to 1 hour bud till i get that one finished cause i am installing them now .Also did you see the DLC when you install 113 correct in multiplayer with the 113 patch ? I know it dont work when my patch is installed for MP but you can still see the Multuipayer DLC ,on my patch ..I will be back

Well i just installed all DLC for BLES01031 & i see everything works perfect .I installed 109 then 113 started game & back to 109 & no DLC problems .

Try to re-install all DLC but i would first Backup your folder from dev_hdd0\game\BLES01031 <= Copy to =>to dev_hdd0\TEMP <=Create this folder & maker a copy of your "BLES01031" using multiman & copy to dev_hdd0\TEMP <=inside put the BLES01031 copy .. This way you have a backup of the activated DLC ,so in case you make a mistake.

Install all DLC after you make a backup. If you have messed around inside the dev_hdd0\game\BLES01031 before this problem you might have moved something & this is why you have this problem. I used the same patch here & the same Raps i provided. In both BLUS30591 + BLES01031 i can say they work great & no problems at all.

Or if you had the DLC up to escalation activated before & did not move your BLES01031 folder to a TEMP folder before running reactpsn this could abe a possible reason this has happened or if you had DLC installed & used all rap files instead of just the 2 Raps to activate the last 2 DLC .

I hope this helps you understand a little .The problem is with what you have done somewhere If after you install all DLC after & still have this problem. You might have to delete the game data BLES01031 & re do reactpsn activation . I normally would not do this because the second time can/could be harder to activate .

You may have to move the rif files reactpsn created in the exdata folder so reactpsn can create new ones but since the DLC shows up i believe this could be problem with the images ,possibly moved something or corrupt .

By the way my DLC don't show up right away. I go to splitscreen then choose maps then i wait & back out then go back & my DLC multiplayer maps are there. They used to show up right ways but it seems to be a small delay now but they work ..

See what happens if you change your "PS3 language settings to English" if you have different language ? Try this before or last ..

Let me explain something . You need to set permissions in the multiman settings & make sure you always set permissions when changing the patch .Also install BDEMU2-355.pkg if you dont have it & you should always run game from Multiman & not from DISC. Install BDROM_RESET.pkg also for 355 & reset your Rom direction before you play another game . The Black screen happens cause of the patch is custom/Mixed . I have used BLES01031 today & works perfect for me. Remember to only go straight to ZOMBIES. No multiplayer ok .

I am sure i could have got Multiplayer to work but i did not try that hard. Maybe i will later.
