Here is the one that has been one the wiki for a while now and it does work.
just don't use it to make a otherOS++.pup or MFW to downgrade with as it won't work after it has been altered the token has changed and it will error. so to get back to a MFW you will need this

and then also a mfw to upgrade to if you want peek/poke.

I can play backup of games that have updates, but some games don't have updates (eg. Atelier Totori). Any idea how to play them?

Not sure why you would format your ps3 hdd in windows..

Try recorvery mode, hold the ps3 power button, theres steps on the net, that might give you thr recovery menu where you can reformat your ps3 hdd and rebuild your ps3 then re install 3.55 DEX..

lol i know what i did was stupid but please feel free to tell me again :D

can't get into recovery mode or anything else but don't understand how this could have happend. Maybe you can't remove the hdd while in FSM.
Anyone knows a place to buy e3 flasher (don't want a progskeet too much to solder) in germany?

EDIT: BTW i switched hdds prior to installing linux and stuff but even with the old hdd (which wasn't formatted) it won't boot anymore

have u tryed getting into service mode via a service mode dongle etc so u got that red box in the corner again

Am in Shell on step 10...

(This is what it wont do) ^^

I can do all the following...

cd /tmp
cd /tmp/petitboot
cd /tmp/petitboot/mnt

But it will not go into sda1. If memory serves this is the usb drive? IDK. But the error bin:ash cannot cd into /tmp/petitboot/mnt/sda1

I have tried all variants of sda1 to sda0 e.g. 1-9 and 0.

Do I need to mount it? Do I need to change permissions? Any help is appreciated.
