When an exploit gets used it gets patched by the manufacturers, standard. Eventually another exploit will be found, someday, somehow.

i dont think they have any interest in this ..
as they already showed regarding TB they dont give a **** about 3.55 and below ..
even psn was not concerning them at all .. it was just a routine change of the passphrase (what the releaser of the psn spoofer knew at that time.. thats why it was released @ the end of the month)
so as long the new models (3000) and the latest cex fw is not pwnd there is nothing they will do .. everything else is just an excuss for not releasing cex/dex way earlier ..

also i guess 9 of 10 sony workers are already working on the upcoming ps4

Well I dont think $ony will do much right now, most likely will eventually release a new debug firmware which will disable the converted units. But I dont think they feel the need to jump at this right now.

Yes we can convert cex-dex, but people have said it's very complicated and a single mistake could brick your console. It's probably OK if you have a flasher, but if you dont like me you'll want to wait a bit see if someone makes something easier to use.
Also what happens f you want to goto ofw or another cfw? How do you convert back to cex?

So I think only a few people have actually converted their PS3s. But if someone releases a simple procedure with little or no risk of bricking and everyone starts to convert their consoles, it'll be then when $ony start to huff anf puff.

But just in case, has anyone got the 4.20 dex firmware downloaded and stored? Just in case $ony do block future consoles from updating to that, someone could just upload the pup and allow those who hadnt converted to update to that when needed.

Wait, what bro? You saying that because this got leaked, any loopholes that might have existed in it magically vanishes? All this leak has done is stop devs from getting future DEX firmwares, which they don't need. If they couldn't find loopholes in 0.00 to 4.21, do you think they will find one in future firmwares? Devs can continue to look for loopholes in firmwares 4.21 or below regardless if it was leaked or not.

I am almost 110% positive devs are hiding it.
