Not my method.. I just said a quick easy way was coming.
This is about as quick, safe, easy and feature packed as you can get.
1) Dump flash with mmCM
2) extract metldr with norunpack
3) metldrpwn on Red Ribbon Live USB
4) Use this C2D.exe
5) flash with mmCM (takes 3 seconds to flash)
