This is about as quick, safe, easy and feature packed as you can get.
1) Dump flash with mmCM
2) extract metldr with norunpack
3) metldrpwn on Red Ribbon Live USB
4) Use this C2D.exe
5) flash with mmCM (takes 3 seconds to flash)

Is that the whole thing, or (could you please) are you going to write a full on explanatory 10-15 minute guide?

Thank you in advance @GraVoX959

This is the method yes, I will write something up in the next few hrs.. if some kind person could upload compiled metldrpwn to mediafire then it would mean 10 - 20 key presses in Linux all up.

Pretty cool that you can change region to :D
Change it to Australia & watch Good Game on iView.. you'll see my missus

this is bs .. !! you cant do it by pup ..

also have a look at the pro tips in the pastie !!!

basicly you can store cexEid0 and dexeid0 somewhere and just flash them via multiman install the matching FW and boom .. cex/dex FW change in 2 Minutes without Linux or a Flasher ... thats really nice ..

Note: of course you still need Linux to dump the Eid_root_key one time .. but not anymore after that ..

Will this work for NAND as well?

I can get hold of an old phat so wouldn't mind having a go at a conversion.
I'm on OFW so can't do my own without a flasher first.
Sorry dude, forgot to answer you. I don't think so. Haven't really looked at the NAND side of things though.

@GraVoX959

Thanks for the reply.

I don't see why it shouldn't as long as the eid dumps are valid, you should be able to overwrite the existing EID area (ie, 80800) with the new data.

However, until it's been verified/confirmed with a NAND, I'm not testing it!

You might want to add 2 things :

1/ Region changing means you'll still be CEX (you can use the fake region settings option anyway on DEX)
2/ Region changing means your EID will become invalid, and even though you'll still be CEX, no PSN for you even if you update to 4.21.
