You will need a usb stick atleast (if not you can use an external HDD) inorder to put the CFW update pup onto your machine. Please read this section to figure out if your PS3 is even hackable: http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?p=263662 Then come back here and we will see what you can do.
