Hi. I have a question. How can i find out my PS3 is NAND or NOR? (I dont remember when i bought ...) There is some program for PS3 which could show me that?

The latest generation of the phat ones is NOR and also the slims are NOR.

Behind the PS3 there is white label that have your PS3 model, compare to these and see if its one of them:

Read the letter immediately after “CECH.” Your PS3 was made before October 2007 if the letter is “A,” “B,” “C,” “E” or “G.” These PS3 models have 256 MB NAND memory. If the letter is “H,” “J,” “K,” “L,” “M,” “P” or “Q,” your PS3 has 16 MB NAND memory. If a number appears after “CECH,” then it is the serial number of a PS3 Slim, which has 16 MB NAND memory.
