I've already done one I got given. My personal PS3 is on OFW.

The hardest part is doing linux for metldrpwn, the rest is easy.
The worst part is booting the PS3 after flashing DEX!!!!

I got dump_eid0.bin and, after deleting all the lines except for the firt 3 , CEX2DEX tool by andbey0nd say "ERROR: Cannot decrypt EID0 SECTION!" and the GUI of CEX2DEX say "CMAC : FAIL!", what should I do now ?

You don't need to delete anything from the dump. Locate the keys and copy them to a new .bin file with HxD.

I used the full dump from metldrpwn without deleting anything.
I used Preloader to dump my NAND, extracted metldr.
Got my dump from metldrpwn, put that into CEX2DEX (the one by Gunner54) along with my NAND backup and it spat out a converted DEX NAND ready for me to flash with Preloader.

If you are getting CMAC errors, one of your dumps is incorrect.

I would start again and double check everything. Sorry I can't be more help as I didn't have that issue so I don't know other than the obvious reason, something is incorrect.

yes I converted my console to dex without installing linux or formating the HDD, I did all the steps from a live cd in petitboot, for that follow @GraVoX959 tutorial

all the instruction are already in my previous post, and for petitboot if you don't mess or resize VFLASH region 7 the HDD wont need formating
BTW this apply only to "CFW355-OTHEROS++.PUP"
