Square changed their mind, 4 or 5 times in the year (last one and this one) according to different sources.
If they were promoting a *big* game like this one, besides the ****ty gameplay, well if you keep reading in other places you will find that in Nova Crystallis was included XIII.

The same issue happened and worse on the new MGS featuring Raiden.
So the problem is bad choices, bad economy and probably this one XIII if it's not canceled and eventually released will be an awesome product just for Japan.

some ff games have stuff about them i like, like the world and the deities. then they lack stuff like main characters that i'd like to play through their stories

only ffs i'd recommend to anyone are 7,8, tactics, and type 0. 6 is good but that snes and prior stuff is dated

ff10 is cool...but again i can't relate to the main character. i like 10 and 13 about the same tbh, but they don't compare to the ps1 titles IMO, no matter how good they look they are missing those memorable elements

LOL i was kinda hoping it would be canceled so he can get started on kingdom hearts 3 ! XD but also kinda like final fantasy also so im kinda glad its not canceled.
