unbrick attemt failed with e3 flash fun mode

I got a fat ps3 (cechh01, firmware 4.11) with an unmatched blu-ray drive board. I learned that to make the drive work, I need to remarry the drive board to the motherboard and it can only be done under 3.55 cfw.

I tried downgrade the ps3 after installing a e3 flasher, every went well until the downgrade step: after flashing with the e3_downgrade.bin file, the pa3 won't boot any more and it behaviors like having ylod. I think it's brick so I soldered the sbe to tristate point and it can boot in the e3 flash fun mode. But when I tried to restore the 4.11 ofw by clicking the "start" button, the blue lights all went off and none of them would turn back on(I've waited for over 30 mins). Does any one have similar experience? Any idea how to unbrick it in this situation?

Thanks.

Are you referring to the "E3 debricking" topic? I've read it and it's not working for me at this step:

- Turn on console to restore (progress LEDs will light up one by one and blink if successfully).

My case was that the LEDs won't light up at all after clicking the "start" button. Wondering if I messed up with the clip cable while I soldered the sbe point...

After reseated the clip and applied more pressure on the clip cover, i was able to flash the backup ofw4.11 back to the ps3. So now it can boot using ps3 mode and the green power light states on. But the ps3 still doesn't seem to have video outputs. I am sure my ofw4.11 backup is good because I was able to unbrick the system once last weekend using this backup. No sure what's changed this time.

Does anyone know what's going on? Can I still downgrade this ps3?

nzie, not sure if I understand your comments, are these the steps to patch my backup:
===========
Using autopatcher from Flow Rebuilder:

* select "PATCH a Byte reversed NOR dump or an interleaved and unscrambled NAND dump."
* Select as Input Dump File the unmodified dump (AC 0F FF E0 / AD DE EF BE)
* Select as Patch file: E3-downgrader\progskeet_patch.txt
========

Flash it back, do you mean to use the flash fun mode(100000)?

Thanks
