i actually agree with him, CFW is fun yeah but don't be a ******* and go cheat online at a game.. if you want to cheat then do it offline.

and don't come with the CFW can't go online yeah it can't but it won't stop you from data transferring mods to ofw.

Also, I got hurt by what he said, but I have to say this, I finished GTA IV and GTA San Andreas without using cheats, 100%. I only want to mod the game to have more FUN.

I doubt that I'll get the reply to this post. But, I'm new to modding. And THIS is the game, that I wanna mod the most. But I curenly have no internet acces. So, I'm 'trying' to do this. Through comgeine's awsome file manager w/ specific patches. But none are working. I have gta 4 complete. But I was told, by a 'developer' that the scriot sco's are the same for ALL gta 4 regions. So, what am I doing wrong here? Can any1 help?
