You need Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition (BLUS-30902 or BLES01508).
Not Mortal Kombat 9 (BLUS30522 or BLES-01132).

MK9= MK 2011 (normal edition)
MK Komplete Edition = Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition (2012)

Forget the ID of MK Komplete Edition
If you follow the instrutions, will change the ID, so is that it files, are to replace

Assuming that they are doing this on MKKE(2012)
I assume you want to replace the MK9 (2011) (BLUS/BLUS) or (BLES/BLES)
It's stuck On loading screen , because give conflict with another one
First on "XMB/Game/Game Data Utility" delete your old MK9 (2011) then install the pach/fix for MK Komplete Edition (2012)

No, its not a Mod for old MK9 (2011)
It is a fix 3.41/3.55 for "MK Komplete Edition (2012)" using the Eboot's of "MK9 (2011)"
