Rebug and turning DHCP off for XMB/Games?

Is there a way to turn off the HDCP for XMB/Games with the rebug firmware? I've read somewhere that older debugsystems had an option to disable it for XMB/Games..
I want HDCP off because I want to use a leftover 19" monitor as my development screen, having my projector on during development is a bit too much on the lamp as lamps costs a lot of money..

No, only a real Debug console can do this.

It will only work if the monitor is HDCP compliant, even through DVI. a HDMI to DVI cable will not work if the monitor doesn't support HDCP..

And Damn for only working on real real debug machines :'(
