as title i just ordered a matrix programer and matrix glitcher v2
and i heard it uses the hdmi as a earth just wondering do i need to use the hdmi plug as it isnt working i am using the hdmi component to rca
is that anygood for the rgh
hdmi is working just not getting the picture sometimes shows red fuzzy screen
sometimes doesnt show anything
that why am using the component cable at 1080p

You should be cool whichever cable you use. All matrix connections are to the mainboard not the cable

anything else i should be aware of i have been reading a 10 ohm resistor would be needed if rgh
doesnt boot right
mine is a jasper 256nand
i got 2 of them 1 with a wasabi with latest dash and this one with broken hdmi on 149? dash
and since you cant do the rgh on latest dash i want to do it to this one because i read once you got cpu key
microsoft cant stop the rgh

if you get the matrix v2 then you simply have switches to help with boot times.
the main thing is trial end error with the long wire. mines at around 40cm and boots within 30sec most of the time.

your broken hdmi "may" cause an issue with rgh if the hana chip is damaged as that is what the rgh relies upon but hopefully you should be fine

i use the matrixv2 in my slim, i havent done any older rgh ones, just jtags

got a feeling it the plug part as it was working until i unpluged it then repluged it stoped working then when i play around with it screen comes on all fuzzy and red in colour
