we can't run 3.56++ backups, we can't decrypt 3.56++ keys, we can't find how true blue or other dmr dongl works and can't play psn.

so i wonder why, and it's hard to get a real anwser to this simlple question, WHY everyone think this is so great and WHAT devs/ending users will be able to do with this ?

Simple, because in DEX mode or with DEX conversion you have a wide an open list of functions that in retail mode you don't have.
About the keys, the backups, keys decryption, etc.
How long WE are still waiting for some kind of rapid/quick/effective solution? and ABOVE all an HONEST one.
Ask yourself that question and you will amuse yourself with the answer.

If you want to *Warez* so much, sad to say you will have to go for the dongles on the market or the ones who will be created and presented this year.
As for the method, seems like you want all served in a silver plate (what i think) Just check what's about and THEN with some valid argument say that it's USELESS as well as the tool released/leaked in case someone wants to refute what you are saying on this thread.

We can run homebrew and play the latest games(up to 4.20) all on the 1 console without the need for a hardware flasher.

no i dont care about warez, i'm not a hardcore gamer i guess i play 4h a week and only play some few games.
i got a job and i pay games i want to have.
i'm just really amazed but the way some people can find how to run unsign code or find a way to counter security on every consoles (not only ps3) but even with cex/dex convertion, it seems ps3 isnt more unlock than when we didnt know about dex.

this is why i say it's useless because you said NO to all my questions.
i guess it's a kind of waste of time to find this.
unless you can tell and explain cleary why i'm wrong and what will be done with this to free ps3

the problem with dex information is that we can read too mutch things on it, some say yes you can some say no you cant.

exemple : hellsing9 replied NO to all my questions (including backups) and Rautz said yes to backups.
who trust ? witch information is the real one ? this is the bigest problem for inforamtions about cex/dex

You have the conversion method = Tutorials, videos, etc here on the board and STILL you complain.
Get your facts straight, you asked 2 times the same and the third one i made a reply to you.

With the conversion you have many options. It's up to you to convert your retail into DEX or keep *****ing at the fact the we cannot run unsig code.
Again you *fail* to see the whole picture.
With the conversion if you want to read more, you have the all friggin board to *educate* yourself or ps3deviki (click on my sig).

About the EBOOTS, it's another thing. It's pure business.
Expect two more candies from E3 in a near future (that semi-works) or some others of another ****ty DRM *enterprise*.
If you love Homebrew, go for DEX.

Convert your own console, then post if they work or not. Make some sort of an effort instead of sitting there hassling everyone else to try it for you when you can easily do it yourself, you just decide against it.

The newer backups work, once you have a retail update for that game (except Portal 2).

It may be useless to you, but I think it's fan-f*ckin-tastic! If you're not going to do anything other than waste peoples time, find a new hobby!
