If that is the actual game id BCES00349 ? for Batman AC then you need a proper patch fix .I will see what game id that is soon . If the is is wrong look in the first folder for a file with DISC.SFB i believe it is & open in notepadd or multiman HEX & look for the game ID ..

What is your real game ID was it a BLUS ? If so what is the real full ID that was on your PARAM.SFO ? If you change the param.sfo to match the DLC & have the proper patch that matches the DLC ID then you can install like normal .

If you have a odd game ID then this is why your having issues . Also if it is a different BLUS code than E3s release i believe that it may still use the same BLUS patch you just need to install the patch & see if your game pickes the patch up in multiman but first you must change the param.sfo id to match the patch of E3. The ID you had posted the patch ,don't exist so that could be the problem..

I am looking now so i will let you know about the DLC if i find anything about a way for it to work ..

no its not the id just the folder was named BCES00349, i checked and its the id of Buzz!™: Il Quizzone Nazionale,
i checked in hex and its BLUS30538
I renamed the folder to BLUS30538 and all is good, no idea why the folder had this strange id.

I have added a BLUS30538 patch spoofed to v.9.99 also encrypted to 341/355 should be ok.

Downloaded and installed the pkg
Booted like a charm. Checked in mm and it says version 9.99 Fw 3.41 so it should work on cfw 3.41
Will have to wait till tomorrow with the dlc as internet is so slow here. HLQR should be ready for me to try in the morning. I think I will have to call in sick tomorrow
Feeling like a kid before x mas, its so silly but I am very happy now

@ZOMBIEKILLAH : You could also put the DLC files into your BLES and BLUS pkg. (the EDATS contained in UP1018-BLUS30538_00-BATMANALLDLCFIX1). That would save end users another pkg/step. As @DEFAULTDNB confirmed already, moving them to the BLES/BLUS dir of choice does not stop them from working.

For end users then it's just a matter of
1. Install DLC (blus versions probably, there are zeus pkg dl links out there)
2. Rename the BLUS30583 folder to BLES00926 (if you have the EU version, otherwise rename nothing!)
3. Install your patch, for bles, or blus, depending on which release you backupped. (ahem).
