I have never used arduino, but I think you have to prepare the device to use Psgrade.

i m here asking some question
i downgrade my ps3 from 4.21 to rogero which is spoof to 3.70 (downloaded from e3 site)
slim ps3 250gb ofw4.21 and now rogero cfw3.55 spoof 3.70

Q1:how to install latest spoof version of rogero cfw
"simply downlaod from net put it to usb and update it through media storage upate or recovery menu update"
Q2: now i want to install kmeaw cfw but my ps3 is on rogero cfw
"so first of all i need to qa flaged my ps3 then go to recovery menu install ofw3.55 then install kmeaw cfw(do i need special kmeaw cfw like no check syscons or normal one which is avilable on net)
Q3:i m on rogero cfw i want to upgrade my hhd to 500gb or 1tb
"so first of all i must have to install ofw3.55 then upgrade my hhd or simply put hhd in and put the rogero cfw in usb and format the hhd and update to rogero like normally ppls upgarding their consoles hhds"
Q4: after installing ofw3.55 so i can install every cfw? and if yes then after it can i install any ofw with out qa flaged?

Q1: Download Rogero v3.4 and update from storage media option in system update on xmb. Or in recovery will also work.

Q2: Follow the guide you are posting in from "Qa flag" spoiler. Or at least read the title "ANY CFW" and you will have your answer. There is a link to Kmeaw in the downgrade any pack, from the spoiler "things you will need".

Q3: To upgrade hdd: Backup old hdd with backup utility. Replace old hdd with new hdd. Boot PS3 and the on screen instruction will want to format the drive and ask for firmware 3.55 or later. Use Rogero v3.4 pup, if you have not dehashed with this guide. If you have dehashed with this guide from spoiler "Qa flag", use OFW3.55. Then restore your backup, with backup utility.

Q4: Again look at the title of this guide. "ANY OFW/CFW" and yes after you have toggled qa flag on, installed ofw3.55 from recovery, then install any cfw. You can then toggle qa flag off and delete the app, if you like. You will then be able to install OFW3.55 again without qa flag, and no worry of bricking.

I did the Minimum Check thing and it says i can go to 2.70 , Is that good or bad?

That is good. It can definitely be downgraded.

I have finish all E3 flasher missions by watching the video, and i'm on screen "Connect the controller using a usb cable, and then press the ps button."

So i need help about 1.Lv2diag.self + UPDAT.PUP 2.Lv2diag.self.
I just have E3 Flasher & True blue dongle. is this will help to downgrade? and why e3 flasher cannot do downgrade by itself?

i'm finding a P3Go GT-Break or ps jailbreaker...? where i can buy one?
mY PS3 FAT.
