@Pingoo That may be true, But this does give us a few more ps3 games that were released as 3.60, Plus it also gives us all the PSN titles that where released with a new NPDRM key.

Well I'd assume if these guys managed to get the 3.60 keys. It should be the same process to get the newer keys too?

So the question is why release these and not the newest keys?
