I checked and the .ps3 folder is in that zip.
If you can't see it then maybe it's your pc that's hiding it, try to turn on the "See hidden files and folders" option.

i figured it out. for some reason when i unrar on osx it didnt show it. so i unrar on my win 7 side and its there.
